A large West Coast hospital system came to us to cover a strike, mostly radiology, rad techs, MRI, X-ray, CT, PET, and sonographers, plus a small group of nurses.
Over three to four weeks I was the primary source feeding candidates into the funnel and CRM, I built the sourcing tool that rapidly found, qualified, and signed people up, and I was one of the leads deploying them to the team on the ground.
