Health-system float pool
The ambulatory float team I helped run had no central place to coordinate day to day, so I built one out of OneNote, daily standups, priorities, and alignment.
It mattered most during the pandemic, when none of us could be in the office. That simple structure kept over a hundred clinical staff across a county coordinated, without forcing heavy software methodology on a clinical team that just needed to communicate.
