Healthcare hiring is a loud, crowded space, and almost all of it blurs into the same look. We chose to stand apart on two fronts at once: the problem we solve, and the way we look while solving it.
The approach was clinician-first and product-first together. We aligned the brand with the lived experience of a nurse and built it to feel like a tool inside their life, something that quietly takes the friction out of finding work and getting hired. It also had to be fun. When a clinician runs into the brand, whether that is the app, an ad, or a meme in their feed, it should feel exciting, a little different, and worth passing along.
I drove that look across all three surfaces: the product itself, the marketing, and the positioning. Below is the brand the way a clinician would actually meet it, a mix of product, lifestyle, and the how-to memes we used to teach people how it works.
The offer said plainly, in the brand’s own voice: go live, stay anonymous, and let employers compete for you.

The same identity carried into a clinician’s real life, off shift, on assignment, and on the road.

The mechanics, explained the way clinicians actually pass things around: as memes.
